Comprehensive Eye Examination
Exams include glaucoma testing, visual field exam, dilated eye evaluation, depth perception, color vision, eye teaming and focusing abilities, determination of prescription, blood pressure, and glucose level check if necessary.
We can complete DMV vision forms and vision forms that maybe required for school or career applications.
Computer/Occupational Eye Examination
Exam includes prescription based on your personal computer distance and visual and/or occupational needs.
Contact Lens Evaluation
We fit silicone hydrogel lenses (soft), lenses for astigmatism (toric), bifocal/multi-focal lenses, monovision lenses as well as rigid gas permeable lenses including fits for patients who are medically indicated to wear contact lenses.
Children
We do comprehensive eye examinations and contact lens fittings (if necessary) geared toward children.
Ocular Disease
Healthy eyes equals good vision. We screen, diagnose, and manage eye conditions related to diabetes, high blood pressure, cataracts and other systemic conditions. We also manage common eye conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eyes, allergies, and red eyes.
Laser and Surgical Vision Correction
We co-manage with Burbank's leading ophthalmologists in laser assisted vision correction. We want to ensure all of our patients have a comfortable and pleasant experience with great results. Please mention your interest in surgical vision correction when you visit.

We participate with VSP, Medicare, Medicaid, EyeMed Vision Care, Medical Eye Services (MES), Opticare, Avesis Vision, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, Tricare, Blue Cross, Blue Sheild, United Healthcare, and most other insurance plans. Check with our staff if you have other types of coverage.
