It's very hard to know where to begin with this practice. The doctor was so amazing, gorgeous and sweet but that's besides the point to her skills of her profession. The two girls up front which is so welcoming and so unbelievably hospitable. I feel like a guest at a hotel more than a guest to the doctor's office. The optician who helped me, Patty is in a league of her own. She is so comforting, nurturing, and just all around calming with what she does. I was joking with my coworkers today at the veterinary hospital where I work, that I wanted to get my eyes checked again this coming week just to be able to go into that office again and feel so special. I wish I could give more stars and more recognition for what this place does. It may sound overboard after one visit, but I'm English and we certainly know customer service in America the same as American knows customer service in England. Thank you guys so much, you will certainly my mates for life. In the English sense that is. Be well everyone

Making an appointment over the phone was effortless. They were very congenial and sent a patient information form to fill out prior to the office visit. Fast and efficient eye exam. I had a great experience at Wide Eyes in Newhall. The receptionist, Hemineh, is very friendly and efficient, all the eye tests were state of the art and Dr. Demirjian was very thorough and made the exam very comfortable for me.
